To respond to demo, rental, purchase and integration enquiries and for related project communication.
How enquiries are processed
Enquiries are submitted via the form on robonex.ch and delivered to ROBONEX by email. Recipients and channels are limited by the configured lead allowlist.
Hosting / infrastructure
The website and email delivery run on configured hosting and mail services. Technically necessary security and error logs may be generated.
Retention
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed for communication, offers, project review or legal obligations.
No unnecessary behavioural analytics
Optional web analytics is not enabled at present. If privacy-compliant measurement (e.g. anonymous statistics) is introduced later, this notice will be updated.
No raw robotics demo data via the website
The landing page does not collect audio, video or facial recognition data.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction. Use the configured contact address in the imprint.
